boston part two

This is my sister's home....isn't it lovely?
Alright, just kidding of course, this is an estate near Crane Beach. It actually costs $ just to drive around the grounds and look? Apparently since we paid to go into the beach, that was included. We looked at looked for our beach ticket, but apparently our sand covered selves and worn out sleeping babes was enough for the woman at the gate to believe us!!

Little Anne's birthday is approaching, and we got her some dress up clothes. I had it sent right out to the house in time for our visit. She loved them and her and Reagan had a blast playing dress up.

Saturday we headed into Boston. We had some lofty goals of the day, lots of plans, and just figured we'd see how the kids did. We had a 5 year old, almost 2 year old, 1 year old and 3 1/2 month old, 2 strollers, and 3 adults, and we were gone from 8 a.m to 6 p.m!!! We had a great day. The above pic is Reagan on her first T ride (the subway in Boston).

First stop was the aquarium. Really fun and the kids had a good time. Next stop, Faneuil Hall for some lunch at Quincy Market. Then, the water taxi over to the USS Constitution and Old Ironsides.

On the water taxi...

Jody, Owen and Reagan on Old Ironsides.
