SOLD!

Yes, you read correctly, our home has SOLD! Can I get a woohoo! We got an offer last Saturday evening and came to terms this week. We had our inspection on Wed. (apparently went great, no official results yet!)...we turned around and put in an offer at a home ourselves on Tuesday, had signed paperwork as of yesterday. Talk about a whirlwind week! We were eligible for the tax credit, having lived in our current home for 5 years and today was the deadline to be under contract, how awesome is that???!!!

It honestly felt like forever trying to sell our home (it was 3 months, which is great for this market!)...but God's timing is so so perfect. This home just came on the market less than 10 days ago, so if we would have sold any quicker, it would not have been ours! We are excited for some extra garage space (any of you with children knows about the massive amounts of toys, bikes, outdoor stuff that comes!), 4 bedrooms upstairs so each child can have their own room, a bigger yard and some extra room to spread out. We are really excited.

Looks like we will be moving after Baby Girl Hall joins us, mid-June, which is fine with me. I'm thinking I'll be feeling pretty good with my body back and with my parents here for a week when she arrives, I have a feeling we'll all be packing together! So many friends and family have offered to help pack, move, watch the kids, etc....and I'm turning NO ONE DOWN! We are thankful for the offers. We will keep you updated.
