Ruthie is DRIVING

They just keep growing up around here!  Ruthie has her permit and is on the road!  She is a good driver, and I enjoy the time in the car with her…although I’m not sure how sad I’ll be that she can drive herself to training next fall across town the 3 days a week she has to be over there!  Ruthie originally kept saying she didn’t care about driving or getting her permit, but now that she has it, she’s rearing to go!  We originally had her signed up for driver’s training right after school got out in June, but she unexpectedly made varsity her freshman year, and the team continued to win, I quickly realized we were going to have major conflicts with the soccer schedule and her intense driver’s training schedule.  Thankfully, we were able it shift her to July and got it all squared away.  I think she felt like she was either playing soccer or in driver’s training her entire summer
