Happy Easter

Happy Easter from our family!  A few weeks ago, Bryce asked for a family pic, as he needed it for school, and the last pic I had on my phone of all 6 of us was from Reagan's HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATION, nearly 2 years ago!!  What in the world!  So, for Easter, I made sure to get us all together for a pic!  It was wonderful that Reagan had an extended weekend off from school to come home, so we were all together to celebrate Easter!

Although, Ruthie was really pulling for ham and scalloped potatoes and green bean casserole, I needed to go a little healthier with my menu choices.  We had egg white soufflés, with spinach, tomatoes, and feta cheese, cauliflower rice, berries, croissants and muffins.  It was delicious and hit the spot!

Somehow I've morphed from Easter Candy baskets to decent gifts for the kids...so you're welcome, children!!
