The last of my cousins on my moms side is getting married in May. He is a quite a bit younger than me, I distinctly remember him being a baby at my high school graduation party. Since the family is all spread out over the States and many of my moms generation are snow birds, I decided to compile a family cookbook for his fiancé as a gift. It turned out SO well, I was so pleased. I'm kinda jealous, I wish I had copied all these recipes before I handed them off her way!!
