Today was SO much fun, I got the pleasure of accompanying Bryce on his field trip. With Finley, I told him I just couldn't be gone that long, but my mother in law offered to come watch Bennett AND Finley, so off I went! They are studying Michigan state history, so we went to Windmill Island, where they had tents set up all over where they talked about fur trading, lace making, pottery, blacksmith, etc. I actually really enjoyed it! And the tulips...me favorite!!! We went to the nearby park for lunch and some recreation! So glad I can have the chance to do this with the kids!! And Bryce just loved having me with him which makes it even more special!!
