Well, how is November sneaking away.....
Time for an update.....ta dah!! Today was Reagan's VIP day at school, and her Great Aunt Kris and Great Uncle Jim were up for the task. She was thrilled to have them with her this morning and Bryce was thankful they came back afterwards and played with him too.....Ruth, well, she's just getting in some major practicing saying the word "no". I hate that it sounds so cute when she says it, although it's getting more emphatic and appropriately timed. Ahh....another bout in parenthood that I will yet win!!
We got a great report from Reagan's conferences this year. All of these things that I have spoken over her in prayer....her teacher confirmed to me that she was those things. I can't tell you how humbling that has been and how in awe I am of God and the work He does in us and through us. This precious girl.....her teacher says she's a role model in behavior in her classroom, that she is respectful and thoughtful. If anyone ever needs assistance, she is always the first one there to lend a hand. I am teary eyed again as I type the words....She is a leader in her classroom and she's very mature (again from her teacher!). Our words have brought life to her and life to her classroom. I am so thankful!!
2 weeks ago, we celebrated Great Grandma Ruth's 98th Birthday! This woman still lives on her own and carries on incredibly intelligent conversations!! We love her so much and are so thankful that we live in the same town as her and our kids can know her!! During her party, Ruthie escaped away to play in the spot she knows best....the closet, where all the toys are!!! She's a smart cookie!!
