Bryce's 17th Birthday

Hard to believe, but this guy is 17!!!  Unfortunately, for his actual birthday he was quite ill with what was probably Influenza A, but he rallied to take a pic with his birthday pancakes.  Actually, thanks to some snow days the week of his birthday, he was sick for 8 days!!!, but I think only missed one or 2 days of school.  Bryce was sick enough that we didn't even go out to eat on his birthday, and it's hard for a 17 year old to say no to food!! And his choice of food, nonetheless!!

Bryce is such a great young man, I'm loving watching him grow up!  He is still set on going to college for Engineering, and this fall, he decided he's going to concentrate on his degree and not pursue college soccer  (although I think he's plenty qualified to do that as well!).  So, we will enjoy this last bit watching him play and have fun!!

Happy Birthday, Bryce!  Can't believe it...17 years old today!!
