Halloween shenanigans

Well, it took me until the day before Halloween, but we did carve pumpkins.  The kids had that Friday off of school so we set to work!  They were so proud of their works of art!  Unfortunately, Halloween was completely nasty rainy and cold, and so we didn't even get to light them!  Our suddenly warm spell has now rotted them already, but it was fun while it lasted!!

We had a houseful Halloween night, with 38 people here, so I didn't even get a pic of my kiddos all dressed up!  We had to do a "redo" last night to memorialize the event!  Elsa, a ninja, firefighter, and Cleopatra!!

And, on their day off, we may homemade soft pretzels...they were super yummy and we gobbled then right up!!
